"Il Seminario" B&B: doesn't just rent out rooms

The staff of the Il Seminario b&b are always ready to satisfy tourist’s requests and they provide a tourist information service that very useful for all those who intend to visit Lucca city and its historical centre.
The services of the b&b also include bookings for restaurants, the cinema and theatres.

Our welcome

The management is organized so as to always ensure their immediate availability for tourist information about services available in the area and attractions to visit. Inside the B&B we have an information point with new and useful news about the area, the public transport, museums, sports facilities, the calendar of main shows, performances and cultural appointments, etc., as well as an available map to help guests find their way around the historical centre of Lucca more easily. All guests of the Bed and Breakfast are given the keys so they can always access their rooms at any time; Customers are provided with magnetic "parking cards" that provide free access to two convenient car parks near the b&b. On request by customers, we provide an ironing board and iron.

Cleaning the premises and linen

In our b&b the rooms are cleaned everyday and on arrival every guest is provided with clean linen, including a complete set of bath towels (large, medium and small). Bed linen and towels are changed at least twice a week. Breakfast Our guests are offered breakfast (included in the price), with quality food of certified local origin. The type of breakfast that can be served may include, for example, some of the following products: coffee, fresh milk, tea, fruit juices, yogurt, fresh bread, butter, ham, cooked ham, cheeses, eggs, honey, jam, toasted bread, seasonal fruits, cakes, cookies, etc

Monitoring guests’ satisfaction: the Quality Card

The management of Il Seminario B&B takes particular care over the aspect of the quality of the service offered to its guests. For this reason, at the end of their stay, guests are invited to fill in the Quality Card, which is arranged in the form of a questionnaire, with space for comments and suggestions.
